Moved here from Florida and needed to change my policy. I ran into some difficulty until I spoke with Andrea who was most helpful. Explained the changes  to my Liberty Mutual insurance, advised me on improvements to my auto policy, provided renters insurance & guidance on closing our homeowners policy after selling our house in Florida. She has checked in with me several times & I feel like I’m in great hands.

We would like to apologize for your recent experience. We're sorry to hear you were less than satisfied.

I have not had an advisor provided to me since my first advisor left for another job.  There was no contact from Comparion who I was not even familiar with.  Liberty Mutual is who I thought my investment was with before it changed to Protective Life.  I tried talking to Protective who said they couldn't find my account and was told to contact my advisor.  I was able to get a number to call.  It was supposedly the manager, Todd.  He told me he was at lunch and would call me back in ten minutes when he returned to the office.  That has been about 26 hours ago.  I believe it's time to seek some legal advice. Therefore, the one is for no contact about changes, no advisor, no return calls, company money is invested in could not find my account and said they couldn't talk to me anyway, no forms received last year, NO money made on investment, forms received June 8 with deadline for 22nd which I have now missed to make decisions, etc., etc.  I am not one to leave low reviews either but am so aggravated, this one was easy.  The only thing that would make me happy is for me to be able to get my investment back with no penalty since no one is working for me.
