Good luck reaching anyone at this office. Emails weren't being returned from my agent (Tina Kawar); come to find out weeks later from Liberty Mutual that my agent no longer works here. Apparently no one else at the office was monitoring my agent's emails or pro-actively reaching out to existing customers to let them know who their new agent is. Now that I found out who our new agent is, it doesn't matter; office doesn't return emails or phone calls.

It went very well and was easy. Very nice about it to.

This review was actually stolen from Liberty Mutual . I have never dealt with this company and have nothing bad to say about them . (They try to talk you out of things that you actually do need in your insurance so that they can claim they have the lowest price. They're impossible to get ahold of and do not have actual offices anywhere near my area)

Treats Veterans with total disrespect. Long long delays in claims, fights tooth and nail on settlements. Never get this Liberty insurance company.

We were so hoping to switch several policies,  but 3 weeks has gone by and I still don't have a quote.

Don’t ever buy insurance form this company.

We had our homeowners and auto insurance with them since 2001. In 2009 added a rental property. In 2017 had an auto accident that was not my fault my vehicle was 5 months old and they wrote for after-market  parts. When I questioned it with my agent she told me they recently changed the coverage premium and I probably threw out the notice like her other clients. When I found out my adjuster ruled the accident word vs word without even speaking with me I called my agent to intervene she told me their was nothing she could do.  In May I received my renewal my auto went up $600 and homeowners $200.

Stay away from Liberty Mutual and this agency.
