I talked with Genesis Serrano to get a quote for insurance on my truck. My former carrier raised my rates significantly higher, due to a nationwide increase. Other than that I have no complaints about them at all. Anyway, Genesis checked around to find me a lower rate. She explained some stuff to me, that nobody else has ever mentioned. We made a slight adjustment to my coverage (very slight as there is a lien holder on the truck). After her shopping with her insurance companies, making adjustments, Genesis lowered my 6 month rate by 350.00. No kidding 350.00 less and she put me into Progressive. So I know it's a reputable agency that is covering my truck. I can not say enough about how pleased I am with the savings and the SERVICE, that i received. If you're looking for insurance, I recommend talking to her. Honestly, what have you got to lose? A few minutes with Genesis might save you a bunch of money!
