I've been using Liberty Mutual for about 15 years and Kevin has to be one of the best agents I've ever had.  My first Liberty Mutual agent was a bit dicey, but when I relocated to California back in 2009 Kevin gave me confidence in my insurance needs.  More over, he has been with me across multiple moves up and down the west coast and now that he is working regionally I plan on keeping him as my agent so long as I'm on the west coast.

Ok, but seriously - what makes a difference?  Well, he responds to email requests very quickly, and has even done so after hours!  Which makes life so much easier.
"But I can just make changes on the website, why do I need an agent who will take care of things for me," you might be saying.  Well, when my wife and I had a moving truck stolen from in front of our new apartment - along with half our belongings! - Kevin made sure we were taken care of and the folks we dealt with during the claim were super helpful and proactive.  Yes, it's nice to get quotes through the website at 3am on a Saturday - but it's even better to get a friendly call after I ask a question telling me that I could be saving more if I did something slightly different.  It's all about the human touch, and I appreciate that.

So, if you like efficiency and no pfaffing about - Kevin is your best bet!

Liberty Mutual has been an outstanding insurance company for me. In the last 2 1/2 months I have had my catalytic converter stolen from my 2007 Prius twice! Because I have a low deductible on my comprehensive theft is covered. The review & repair process and the results have been superior. I recommend Liberty Mutual and their employees very highly without question.

I've been with various insurance carriers and agents.  I've never filed a homeowners claim in 20+ years.  Recently had my fence damaged by high winds.   I called Kevin to inquire about my coverage as it relates to this.  #1 he responded to my request within minutes. #2 he gave me sound advice and information.  He was willing to help me file the claim however I declined and used the Liberty Mutual App on my phone.

Within 1 day I received texts, emails and phone calls from Lynda in the claims department.   Here I am 3-4 days after making my initial phone call to Kevin and they already sent me a check so that I can start hiring people. Lynda said we want to get you a check out ASAP so you can begin the repair process.  "After you send me the photos and estimate from your contractor, if we need to issue you additional funds we will." WHAT? I'm amazed and I always say you only know how good your insurance is when you use it. Well Liberty Mutual is GREAT.

Huge company that makes me feel like their only customer. If I pay more its worth it.  I'll pay for the extra customer service.

Right then and there I switched from my current insurance company which I had since 1970 bundling home and auto with Kevin.

Kevin is a one stop shop for everything you need! I have had my homeowner's insurance with LM for 5 years and decided to quote bundling my auto policy as well. I definitely shouldn't have waited so long to switch over, because I have been over paying with another company for way too long, but Kevin made the process so easy!  My new auto policy is cheaper than I was paying before and we added a 3rd vehicle and got a ticket in the last year. Plus bundling lowered my homeowner's policy quite a bit per year. He was able to look at our needs and coverage as a whole (with a house and 3 cars) and decide what would be the best fit for us. I really didn't have to do anything, he took care of it all for me. Kevin (or someone on his wonderful team) always answered the phone when I called and he was super quick to get back to me with quotes and policy options. Such an easy process to switch over from another company and now all my insurance is together under one policy at a better price than I was paying before. He also hooked up my mom with a new homeowner's and auto policy bundle that saved her a ton of money! Kevin will definitely take care of you and your family!
