I was early and had to wait 50min to see him while they said be early and I was. Got denied for Workman's comp because your service suck!

My review has nothing to do with Liberty Mutual I got ahold of them several times. My review is about Comparionocal office directly. Please try calling your company and see how long it takes to get the phone answered if it's ever answered.

Liberty Mutual is AWFUL. They took a very long time to respond to my claim (months) and they offered a reduced amount to my claim request citing "50/50 liability" based on the other parties telephone interview. The police report and witness testimony were not considered. I have rejected this initial offer and will be pursuing legal action. Liberty Mutual made a "bad faith" decision. I look forward to finding a new insurance company for both my auto and home needs, one with integrity that makes decisions in a timely professional manner. The agent in this case should be fired.

If you value top notch coverage with a fortune 100 company to protect what you value most there is no better choice than Liberty Mutual. Who do you want in your corner a cheap company or one with over 100 years in the business.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Was in a flood related accident over two weeks ago. No movement on my claim in 17 days. My car is sitting at a shop waiting for repair. If you are thinking of insuring with them, go elsewhere.

Hard to get a hold of anyone that can help in customer service. Cannot make an online account with my policy number. Cannot cancel my account through app or customer service. I have been trying for a month now. The customer representatives keep submitting forms for cancellation, but nothing ever happens with it. I would not recommend liberty mutual insurance to anyone! I will never use this company again!

Worst insurance company ever, horrible customer service, increased my payment from $40 to $220 and when I canceled they treat me like an enemy and charge me another $75 which they couldn't tell me what that was for (basically a cancelation fee, even though they claim to not have those, if you don't cancel at the end of the year they'll take away any agreed upon discounts and back charge you. Not even a month went by and I was waiting for an answer to what this charge was for and liberty mutual jerks already sent the $75 amount to collections. Been a customer since 2016 always paid on time, never had any accidents and as soon as I cant afford them and need their help they acted like they are 0% on my side, save yourself the trouble, stay away from this company!!

I'm always call once a month to make sure my bills are paid on time and if they charged me double when I call I explained they take care of it right away.

Poor customer service! After closing a policy I was not informed of a remaining balance and never received a bill. Then I get a letter from a collection agency for over $400. Why couldn’t LM tell me there was an amount owed when I cancelled the policy so I could pay then? I don’t need that passive aggressive behavior from a company we have been with for over 6 years and have paid a lot of money with multiple policies. I have cancelled all of Liberty Mutual policies and found USAA to be more customer oriented, friendlier and much cheaper than LM.

TERRIBLE customer service.  Long wait times, no return phone calls, no way to email anyone from the website.  Long time customer, and I am now looking for a different insurance company.

Awful place with very poor communication skills.

SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere else Liberty Mutual is the worst service i have ever received. It took more then two months for my claim to be done. I am having to pay and request my own police report to do my GAP insurance keep in mind I had my accident two months ago and still in the process. Invest your money for a good insurance company that cares and will take care of you.

I am in the process of refinancing my home and Kevin Oclaray was referred to me by my loan officer for a better rate on my homeowners ins. He saved me over $200 on my annual rate. As awesome as that is..what was even more amazing was I let him quote me on Auto ins. I had been with Geico going on 20 yrs. I have shopped rates maybe 3 times in that period and never found a cheaper rate. Well..."I just saved a ton of money  on my car insurance...by switching to Liberty Mutual...$2571.80 a YEAR to be exact!" Thanks Kevin!

I have been with Liberty Mutual and Kevin Oclaray for over 10 years now. Kevin and his team are amazing. Kevin is not always available, but his entire team is awesome to work with. My rates are always competitive, I shop around time to time and they always have the best package.

In the past year, I have needed Kevin's advice on both an auto claim and home insurance claim. I spoke with him directly about the situation and he guided be though the process with ease. The claims process was smooth and simple. I even used Liberty Mutuals phone app to file the fence claim and it was super easy. I had a check to fix my fence 5 days after filing. I was impressed.

In the end, you never know how your insurance is until you need it. When I did, Kevin and Liberty Mutual were priceless.

I'm sorry one star is as low as Liberty Mutual can be rated. Not only are they cancelling all home insurance in the the foothills of Yuba County, they have provided negligent, even potentially criminal support to my friends garage fire three months ago.  Farmers, my insurance carrier, has paid almost 1 million dolllars in repairing our house damaged a year ago in a fire. Please do NOT use Liberty Mutual there horrible support and cancellations of existing policies warrant financial punishment and exclusion!

Very disappointed in Liberty Mutual. I changed my home owners insurance to Liberty and 2 months in they decided to cancel my policy?!?!?! If you dont have a brand new everything this company will not assure you. Liberty Mutual only insures brand new. Save time and mo ey and go with anyone else. Liberty Mutual is only interested in making money and not concerned with their customers.
