Boy oh boy Juanita, I’m assuming you’re only getting paid to pick up new clients cause I’ve never been blown off by someone whom I’m giving money to.

Short version is I bought a house, and 9 months in, insurance was canceled for no reason because ‘we were doing home improvements past the agreed to time’. Well there was no ‘agreed to time’ wording in our contract (nor was I told of this) so I called up Juanita. She knew who I was from my caller ID. This was the first and last time she accepted my call and never responded to an email. She told me that it sounded fishy, would look into it, and get back in 3 days.

I gave her a week and called back and she immediately put me on hold. I stayed on for 20 minutes then hung up…after that she would not pick up even after I called her 10 times. Thought I’d try email. Also no response.

I am a respectful person and I don’t throw out 1 stars lightly, but this is well deserved. Turned out to be a giant PITA but I landed with a great company.

Juanita, you are a horrible insurance aren’t.  I’ve worked customer service and if you make a mistake own up to it! Don’t just ghost people. Horrible horrible horrible service. I shudder imagining if I had to make a claim and was trying to get money from these deadbeats.

Juanita was very nice when I set up my policy. Once I had a problem and needed more information, she completely ignored and ghosted me. I would not recommend.

When my regular insurance agent was out of the office on vacation, Juanita picked up the phone and did a fantastic job getting me some time sensitive information on a new policy. She was friendly and efficient, and prioritized me as though I was her own client. She sent me several attachments, made sure I got the information I needed, and offered to be a point of contact if there were further questions on the policy.

Juanita is very responsive and provides excellent client service.

Juanita was very helpful in answering my questions.  She reviewed my policies to make sure I had the proper coverage and she was able to save me some money.  I highly recommend Juanita!

Honestly dreading dealing with a “person” on this policy.  But to my extreme delight, I dealt with Juanita! She was extremely helpful in so many ways.
