Here at Liberty Mutual, we want to make sure we are connecting you with the appropriate teams to best address your concerns and needs. This is a local sales office for Personal Lines & Casualty Insurance. If you are unable to find your claims handler's contact information, please call 800-362-000 for assistance.

Liberty Mutual is the archetypal, god-awful American corporation. I wish nothing but ill will towards this conglomerate after seeing them patently lie to avoid paying out a legitimate workers comp claim for my family.

Rates to pricey I just can't see paying $158 doller's a month for insurance my driving record is not that shot . & My vehicle is not to New you just can't trust commercials any longer .

liberty mutual the worst insurance company...  dont let there commercials fool you..  there insured backed into us causing damage to our company truck while it was parked 100% his fault 3 months later still no resolve...  christine burke and catie sprague  typical agents schooled to make us jump through hoops...dont sign up with liberty mutual go with anyone else you will be better off....    see you in court,  juries hate insurance companies..  liberty mutual shame on you..  you will end up paying 5 times more when you lose....

Do not do business with Liberty Mutual. If you have them as an insurer  switch as soon as you can. My husband and I were victims of the Northern Cal fire in October 2017. Our insurance adjustor conveyed to us verbally and in writing that we had 180% replacement cost coverage because a wildfire affecting 5,000 plus homes was considered a catastraphe...now that it is time to pay out the claim and six month later after we have already spent monies toward our rebuild and even after Liberty Mutual's third party contractor showed in excess of 180% of the rebuild replacement cost, they don't want to pay the claim.....this devastates us as we cannot now rebuild our original home or an equivalent. LIBERTY MUTUAL YOU SHOULD BE VERY VERY VERY ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

I got here at 8. Around 8:15 someone that doesn't work for LM told me I couldn't walk in and speak with them it's appointment only. I drove all the way here for nothing because it says that nowhere online. I called and spoke with someone from their office just to be transferred to a LM call center. I came to the that facility and called that facility specifically to speak with someone in person to better understand the situation and look at my car. This was unprofessional. And I'm very unhappy with their service.
