Kim was wonderful and helped me on a Friday night insurance cancelled a week after I got it,  Kim didnt even know it cancelled and I went to put my brand new car on it and Gainsco told me I would have to start over even though they had my money.  Kim found me a cheaper insurance after 2 hours.  We finalized a deal at 730 pm on Friday.

I was contacted and quoted a less expensive quote from the current insurance I had. I changed to Liberty Mutual with Mrs Atkinson. The first month was as quoted. The next month went way up to to what I paid with the previous company. I contacted Mrs. Atkinson on January 9, 2023 and was told she would check into it. NEVER heard anything. Beware of fraudulent agents who lie to get their commission and to hell with the customer.
