They’re the worst insurance to deal with, the did terrible handling my claims. The parts where not even aftermarket. They approved used parts and didn’t even cover to paint the whole bumper. They only approved to paint a small area and it looked terrible. I would give the 0 if it was possible!

Literally the worse insurance company I have ever been with. They will raise your monthly payment without any notification. The customer service is awful unless you're trying to sign up with them. I didn't want to give them one star but it is the lowest I can select to submit this review.

It sounds funny to see but I just a bunch of money by switching. Yup around 25% plus they have a lot more added to my policy that I didn't have from my previous insurance where I was paying 25% more

Beware of this insurance company! Cancelling my policy 8 days into a month I was charged for the full month rather than getting any proration. That's thievery! If their ethics are corrupt at this point, I'd be concerned in other areas as well. Glad that I got out and done with this company when I did!

Got a finalized quote.....first payment was a little higher but figured there were one time options included...nope, policy is just $20 higher than final quote - no accidents, no tickets etc. Called Customer Service from number on website I was on (did not leave website after paying) and they couldn't find policy, transferred, transferred transferred....come to find out that was their Geico branch.....and homeowners at that. UGH....finally got to Liberty Auto Insurance.......clueless. This is our first and last month with Liberty Insurance......unprofessional, and somewhat sketchy.

Not a very reputable company. Use tactics to attract new customers and then increase policy renewals to take advantage of existing customers. Very shortsighted business approach that doesn't create customer loyalty. Customer service is very disorganized and apathetic. Many mistakes on new policy... didn't properly communicate with other vendors and made several mistakes writing a new policy. When you call customer service they are either incompetent or really just don't care about helping you -- either way, it's a horrible experience. I had insurance with a different company for 13 years and never had these problems. I switched to Liberty Mutual last year and have experienced more mistakes, frustrating conversations, and unethical business practices in one year than I did the previous 13 years. Customer Service at Liberty Mutual actually told me "all insurance companies are like this..." Sorry, but that's not true. Think twice before switching to Liberty Mutual. Strongly recommend you select a different insurance provider.

I called for a quote and they have harassed me every day multiple times a day. I asked every time to have my number removed and to not contact me. They continue to call. I've reported them to the federal trade commission.

They dont care when there clients are on there phones running in to people they also refuse to do full investigation of claims so if u want to get ripped off get liberty mutual i would never use them for my insurance since they support there drivers being on the phone

Deceitful at best. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FINE PRINT!!! Signed up for the drive smart program or whatever it's called and they said 10% for signing up with the potential of up to an additional 30% off. Did the 90 days and literally any mistake drops you down hard making it truly difficult to get a good rate. Afterwards I found out I only got 5% discount TOTAL, MAKING MY PAYMENT GO UP. I had it set on deduct from payroll automatically at about $35 a week. My company was bought out so now it's over $150 a month PLUS THE RENTER INSURANCE I DIDN'T WANT but it gives you some discount idk seems sketchy. Also now because Payroll apparently starts a few weeks back I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $370 BEFORE I CAN EVEN PAY THE NEW HIGHER PAYMENTS OF $150. I would not recommend and I only have them because they seemed cheap but definitely will do some looking around to switch ASAP.

Liberty Mutual cancelled our home insurance policy with no warning and no way of fixing the small reasons why. When we called they said they couldn’t help us leaving us to find new insurance over the holidays. I will never again recommend them and will be switching our auto insurance as soon as possible. To have no care for your customer is not a way to operate a business. Also to sell a product then take it back due to minor, fixable issues is just wrong.

I was a dedicated customer for seven years never missed a payment and was never late, then I lost my job job unexpectedly and for two months I struggled to still make my payment, in the third month I could financially do it, so I missed one payment I contacted customer service explained my situation he said if I didn’t pay the full amount owed I would be canceled, I then talked to my agent and was going to look to see what he was able to do and he never called me back I’m still waiting to see if he could help me to make a small payment and catch it up now that I found a job and I’m still waiting for that call, so my policy was canceled over missing one payment out of a 7 years period! So I would not do business with this money hungry corporation that obviously made to much money and become e greedy like the rest of the corporations and forgets who they got their wealth from.

Let’s be real I’ve paid them over 40000 over my time as a costumer never filed s claim this year they jacked up my price by 1/3 of what it was mind you I never had s claim then my car breaks down on the way to school I call them they pick it up damage to the car underneath front bumper and bury my exhaust in the ground breaking and bending it then tell me to file a claim with them to get it fixed after speaking with 6!different people I have to file a claim for the damage they did ? But won’t refund what I paid them fir the tow ? Your insurance company is only as good as they are when you file a claim if you can help me when I’m filing a claim but sad to think that I gave you 10 years of money and you fail me Thinking of hiring a lawyer at this point to recover some of my money for services they unable to provide

Got rear ended by one of their clients back in December 2018 still dealing with these people. They won't call you back, won't give you any information, tell you to take your vehicle to the body shop, then say you're claim is disputed, bunch of criminals, wouldn't trust them to insure a go cart.They want your money but won't pay you when it's their clients fault.

If you're looking to insure an older home or a home in mountains look elsewhere, they will cancel your policy with no notice. An agent from this company sold us a policy for our new home in the mountains. We bought this property on our ability to insure with them and trusted them with our homeowners. Then they sent someone out to inspect our property and cancelled our home owners a month after we bought our home. I'm honestly furious, there was no negotiation or opportunity to fix anything they just cancelled our policy and sent us a letter stating we had some rotted pieces of wood and an old oven, and debris on the property. They never even sent an email and the agent did not call us until the day of cancellation. I will never do business with them again and will also be switching my auto which I had bundled with them. Liberty mutual do your inspections first before you give folks policies and then turn around and cancel them on a new first time homeowner with a 2 day old newborn.

I’ve been with liberty mutual for one month. I signed up for their right track program right away. It’s a program designed to save money you put a device in your car and it tracks your driving, braking, acceleration, night time driving. Based on your performance you either get more or less savings. So after 45 days of “great” driving and increasing my savings by $25, I had ONE DAY of “ok” driving and my savings dropped $25, in ONE DAY!!! Mean while it took me 45 days to build that up, and it was ALL wiped away after ONE DAY of “ok” driving. That is not fair, that is rigged, that is not right!!! When I called costumer service about it, the lady I spoke with, Latesha, was normal at first, but started acting like a B**** when I confronted her about it and hung up on me. I demand answers about this rigged program!

Amazing customer service! We recently went through a major hail storm resulting in thousands of claims. Three days later, some of my neighbors with other insurance companies are still waiting to be assigned an adjuster. I already have a check to repair major damages. My car isn't driveable and all of the shops in town are booked at least a month out, and they worked so hard from the start to find an adjuster to come to my home. From the start of filing my claim to getting the help we needed with an adjuster, we have experienced nothing less than compassion, empathy, efficiency and amazing customer service that far exceeded my expectations from every representive I've dealt with. Thank you, Liberty Mutual! You have made this process so easy!

Hands down the worst insurance company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I was hit by one of their clients on July 11th. Liberty Mutual determined their client was at fault, but advised me that I had to have an estimate completed with one of their approved appraisers (a violation of CO law). Their response to my complaint with DORA was to advise me that they would send one of their appraisers out to complete an estimate. Multiple phone calls to the claims rep they told me to contact to schedule the appointment have not been returned. I now have no choice but to file with my insurance, pay my deductible, and let them subjugate. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

We got the best deal from them in insurance and we have had 1 good experience with a claim for hail damage being paid out right away. However we have 2 other cars and a house claim from the same hail storm that now 5 months later still can't get anywhere with. Every time we call we get a I'll look into it and call you back which never happens.

After my daughter's accident Liberty Mutual called her and asked her to describe the incident. A woman ran a red light and sideswiped her little Honda. After hearing the description of the events over the phone, they summarily decided that my daughter was 40% at fault for not realizing that the woman was running the light. As a college student, Liberty Mutual left her with a totalled car and a check for 60% of its value. Even though we had been clients of there's for years, that was their process. We cancelled all our policies with them the very next day. They are in the business strictly for the money.

In my more than 26 years of business experience, I can say that I never had quality people apply for employment who cared about their job and the Company they worked for as Antionette does. This young lady exudes professionalism & concern, while working to find the best possible, custom solution for her clients. Her sincerity touches my heart. She is not able to assist me specifically due to my terminal illness, but we agreed to purchase my husband 's insurance through Antionette. I need to know that I can trust those who we purchase insurance through.
