DeEtte Kozlow did an outstanding job of finding me a lower rate on my auto, motorcycle and renter's insurance and took the time to explain all aspects of the policies to enable me to make an informed decision on what policies would best meet my insurance needs.
Changing insurance company's and finding new policies can be a little stressful, but working with DeEtte made this one of the easiest transitions I've made.
Not only were the policies that DeEtte found for me at a  substantial savings, but they included more extensive coverage than my previous policies!

In a world where most everything is automated or online, there are still industries that I feel benefit from having direct communication with a person. Whether it’s home owners insurance or umbrella policies, its nice to know we can call DeEtte at any time. She is an experienced and knowledgeable agent and makes sure to tailor the products Liberty has to your individual situation and needs. Insurance options can be overwhelming and confusing, but she is able to explain the products and coverages very well and we felt confident in our choices. On top of all of that, she was able to select policies that saved us money from our previous company but with better coverage.

After being with another insurance company for over ten years I wound up meeting DeEtte Kozlow. I thought I had great coverage with my other company but this lady DeEtte asked if I would let her compare my coverage. I didn't want to go through the exercise but she was very nice so I agreed. I was shocked and very very mad at my other insurance company, I felt defrauded as a matter of fact I called them and told them so. I had paid premium dollars because I wanted to be fully covered and no liabilities in the event of an accident and I find out I was not yet paying huge premiums compared to the coverage DeEtte Through Liberty Mutual quoted and gave me. That was the reason for me going with DeEtte. I had one other issue where I needed to verify insurance and the application Liberty has is a little different and could not figure it out so I called DeEtte and she was on it quickly. I respect her and have since seen her work ethics and she can be counted on. If you have not checked or compared your coverage I urge you to give DeEtte Kozlow a call and let her go to work for you. You won't regret it. Liberty as a company could use some updating on their mobile application but with an agent like DeEtte you don't have to worry.
