We have had a great experience with Patrick so far! Long story short, we had two policies, home and auto that were essentially in limbo without an agent paying attention to them since the agent we initially purchased from left the company. Our daughter was born in early 2024 and the last thing we were paying attention to was our insurance policies, truth be told! Fortunately for us, Patrick noticed our policies, detected some issues with them and reached out to us on his own. It was perfect timing as we were looking to get different policies anyways. Patrick did the research and found better policies that fit our current needs, and handled everything for us so we didn't have to worry about it. He is honest and personable, which are nice qualities to have in an insurance agent. He also reviews the policies around renewal time to ensure they are still sufficient for your needs, which is nice. Overall, we are glad that we have Patrick as our insurance agent now for our home and auto policies, and recommend him if you're looking for an agent who will actually pay attention to your policies and your needs.
