I called my insurance company to inquire about a premium increase on my automobile policy.  I was fortunate to have Kitty Lyons answer my call.  She was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions.  She asked if I could give her a couple of days to work on possibly rewriting my policy to see if she could reduce the premium increase.  Kitty called me back in two days with a reduced premium for both my auto and homeowners policy.  Of course, I was pleased with this information but also extremely pleased with the professionalism and knowledge that Kitty had.  She is an asset to Liberty Mutual for sure!

I had been trying to self serve with Liberty Mutual who has been my provider for years but I was not getting the results I wanted. I called Kitty and she is amazing. She went over all my options, got what I needed and was able to actually get benefits I wasn’t aware of. I recommend anyone to 1) speak with an agent it really helps to talk to someone 2) don’t speak with just anyone. You have to call Kitty. She’s the absolute best!!!!!!!!

I had such a great experience with Kitty! From start to finish she was extremely professional and personable. I reached out to Kitty to see if she was able to get me a lower monthly payment on my insurance. The other company I was using gave me the bare minimum plan for a really high price . Kitty was able to get me a plan that cost less and had a significantly lower deductible plus other benefits. On top of that the process was quick and efficient. I can’t recommend her enough!
