This is my first experience the staff are very helpful and personal

I'm in the middle of processing a claim for our car being rear ended while stopped at a traffic light, but so far I've been thoroughly impressed with the service from Liberty Mutual. They've initiated the repair and replacement rental for us and have been quick at everything.

Call to set up renters insurance for my daughter. Policy was set paid for and I signed the documents. I then get a call from the person who did the policy over the phone, to say that she needs to assign us to a local agent and that she would send new paperwork for a new policy. Never received the paperwork. Call multiple times and was put on hold forever. I understand Covid is messing up some service centers but not to the extent that I went through with us.

Now I am sent an email that doesn't link to my existing policies. I go to search the policy that says the information I entered is incorrect.

Extremely frustrating that you can't get through to a live person that knows what they're doing. Also their chat experience is pathetic.

Kyle Sheets is the guy for all your property and casualty needs!  He is awesome and really helped out my dad when he was in a pinch.  I must made a zillion phone calls because the DMV always needed another form, and he never lost patience.  Also, he doesn't just dropped off the face of the Earth after your initial sign up.  He helped me sort out any issues that may come up (Like giving me options when my dad had a heart attack and wasn't working or driving for a few months).  I would recommend him in a heartbeat, you won't regret it!

I had Kyle Sheets review my policies for my personal and my work vehicle, as well as my homeowners and renter's policy.  It couldn't have been easier. I've had other agents from other companies ask for my business, but they made ME do all the work.  Kyle took care of everything, and told me where he could save me money.  But more importantly, he told me where he could NOT save me money, but suggested a way to change my homeowner's policy with the current provider to give me better coverage and a better rate.  When I called the other company and told them what I wanted to do, they seemed surprised, but they did admit that it would be better coverage AND a reduced rate.  Why didn't they offer that to me in the first place?
My first stop for insurance will always be Kyle at Liberty Mutual. He looked out for me first instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need.

Kyle took a look at my policy and was able to find all of the gaps in coverage in my current plan.  He got me covered at a great rate.  Kyle is professional, reliable and really knows his stuff.  I send all of my referrals his way.

I have had Kyle review many of my clients policies and have found him to be professional, responsive and bringing great value to our clients through aggressive pricing!

Kyle is so knowledgeable of the Auto and Homeowner Insurance industry. He will help you decide what coverage is best for you, make sure you don't have any "major gaps" in your policy and if he can't help you save money or get the right product for your buck he will educate you and point you in the right direction. Trust this guy, he is one of the best!!!

Did not have a good experience with Liberty Mutual as someone whose car was hit by their policyholder.  They did not cover all the rental car expenses.

Mr. Sheets has always been extremely polite and professional to the clients I have referred to him. He explains the coverage options thoroughly so his customers are fully aware of how their new policy works. Keep it up Kyle!!

I have been a Liberty client for 50+ years.  They have always been professional,knowledgeable, and accommodating.  When I have filed a claim they have been more than helpful.    Just because you might pay a lower premium with another company, you need to know how they treat you when you file a claim!  I recommend Liberty Mutual to everyone.

If I could give a negative review I would . was hit by a driver in August with liberty mutual insurance . it is now past mid December and they have still not reimbursed me for missing work or paid one bill from the hospital
UPDATE: JANUARY 25TH - NO PAYMENT MADE YET

What great people they are to work with. And they saved me hundreds.
