Sara was very helpful over a long process of my move from NJ to DE.  She was always patient as my closing dates continually changed due to the buyers. I contacted Sara after my move to Lewes De.  I had Liberty Mutual for 37 years, but once I moved to Delaware I no longer was going to be insured by them.  So I started looking for a new insurance co and called Sara.  She was extremely easy to deal with gave me quotes for both auto and homeowners    and was actually cheaper than what I was paying.  I am very happy with her quote and the way she handle everything for me.

Insurance is so much more than just the cheapest premium.  Making sure that you have the proper coverages is paramount. You don’t want to learn after a disaster or incident that you weren’t covered. It can cost thousands upon thousands. I have known Sara for many years.  As someone who has also been in the insurance industry for over a decade, it's always good to be impressed by somebody else's insurance knowledge.

While knowledge is important and we all shop around for price, integrity is the most important thing you can ask for.  The process for signing up was incredibly simple and I know I have someone in my corner.

One of the reasons that I don't like dealing with a brokerage, is that sometimes they can be challenging to get a hold of once you have their business.

I know this is not the case with Sara.  As a former insurance sales agent myself, every interaction with a customer is a potential sale.  If you provide quality customer service, people are likey to refer you to family and friends.

You can call around and ask for prices all day, but when you have a claim, you want an agent that's actually there for you.  I'm glad to have someone who got me a great price and I know will be there if needed!
