sad they make a local office take the heat for the worst customer experience ever. raised my bill without telling me went to cancel and now i have a 186 dollar bill for two weeks. lol poor business ethics.

Misinformation given that severely impacted our budget. The only response stated ( very rudely I might add) was...wait for it...I am sorry. Based on the circumstances, I thought surely you can do better than that! But unfortunately, that was the answer. Really poor taste and service, especially for an ex military and teacher family!

I have just had the worst customer service with this company & the 1800# to go over my policy. No one returns calls and Liberty home office is useless. Customer service Tom & the last 2 folks only want your money but won't help you with anything else.

This is a horrible company. They will rob you. I am constantly being charged a day early for my payment, then when if a payment is made early my account always gets hit with another charge. If for whatever reason you miss a payment then call the next day to pay it, the system that no one at the company seems to be able to control will still try to charge your account another time. Everyone I speak with to include the supervisors say they have no control of the auto draft and it will always charge again. Simple answer to remove the card right? Well if you remove the card then your rates increase. This system they have is horrible and it makes no since that no one can do anything about it.

I Left State Farm insurance after 15+ years for my Homeowner's policy and now have more coverage the food in the fridge is covered from spoiling in a power outage, sewer backup cleanup is covered and added an endorsement to cover my phones, computers and tablets against almost anything for a 1/4 of what the phone company wanted!!!

This review is about liberty mutual in general ( not necessarily the San Jose, Jacksonville FL location). In 2015, we had the most awful week of our lives. Amidst 2 other tragedies that week, my son totalled his car on the day before Thanksgiving and on Black Friday our house burned due to a candle. 2 huge claims in 3 days. They did right by us in both cases. When you care about your insurance is when you NEED it... And, boy, did we need it!!! This coverage is probably a bit more expensive than other carriers, but I am so thankful that I did not pick a cheaper carrier. I had seriously considered changing carriers before, but sooooo glad I stayed with Liberty Mutual. But haha, they could get better commercials.... Their current ones suck.

Had Liberty Mutual for about 4 years. The price continued to go up every year. Had an accident that wasn't my fault and one that was. They raised my rates over 2 years by $120 a month. They held the accident that wasn't my fault against me. Went from paying $220 a month to $261 and in June it was going up to $343. Called State Farm and was able to get insurance for $217 a month. Was happy with them until this.

Horrific car accident, we have been paying much more than any other insurance. Car totaled gave us 30 day rental which they pulled before the 30 days. Rude phone calls no place to send our title. No money we wrecked on the 16 of January and almost a month later no money. Geico is a much better company they helped a friend within 2 days. Never go this company. First claim they are glad to take money but not pay it back. Run run run the other direction

Ariella Rojas who is in located in California is the head of the claims department that is dealing with Florida accidents has given my sister a horrible experience with this company! 7 weeks ago one of their clients totaled my sister's car and left her five and a half weeks with no vehicle no rental or even a tow to see if her car was totaled.she's a single mother with a daughter that she had to get to school and work and rely on other people, she also paid over $400 for one week for a rental that is still not paid back. They finally towed her car and said that it was totaled over a week ago with no money or check sent to her for this car. But they have tried to come and tow the car 3 times in the week without her ever receiving payment. Ariella Rojos denies her phone calls barely answers emails and is almost impossible to get ahold of. Please do not go to this company for your own service and you better be very careful if you get hit by somebody with the Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Liberty Mutual has had terrible customer service, they blatantly lied to me, they are not doing what I paid them to do, and they have just proved they do not care about their customers. For that, I am done with them and I highly recommend no one wastes their time or money on a sleazy company like Liberty Mutual.

Ben saved me over $3400 a year on my car insurance policy! With a 16 and 18 yr old and four cars covered, this was a huge savings over Allstate. Great service too! Very happy with this office, company and agent.

I called liberty mutual who is supposed to be the partner with USAA for auto insurance. I got the quote and told the sales person, Alexis in Arizona, that I would cal back shortly to make the payment. I asked for her contact info and extension. She said it was a direct number. I called back and got a male representative, William, that said he would handle it for her. While processing my payment he advised me that his system is frozen and put me on hold. He kept coming back with updates on how he is trying to get the issue resolved. I realize that people feel like hold times are much longer than they really are, but it was literally over ten minutes when he finally came back to say that he would have to do the entire quote over. I waited again while he did this. Then he gave me the "good news" that he completed the quote and that it was $20 lower and he also added in extra services. He then said that he would need my credit card info again because the system went down. This resulted in my account being charged for two payments and Liberty mutual advising me that I would have to three-way from my bank to prove that I was charged twice, which I did. They said they did not show that I was billed twice. After, I complied with this, they advised me that I would have to wait ten days to get my money back. Meanwhile, my account is off for other checks I had written. Once I finally get my money back, I will be cancelling this account as well as the business account I have with them. Sleezy sales people.

Liberty Mutual is an extremely shady company. They will not fight for you if an accident occurs when it was not your fault. As well as their employees are incompetent and can't get a statement correct and you receive multiple calls to reiterate it. Run the other way you literally pay what you get for.
