Background: I’m very serious about customer service, but even moreso I am looking after my grandparents home and DO NOT want to make the wrong decision. That said with me being in a different State I seek guidance. I’m 20+ years in real estate but there are people and companies that are bad out here. I reached out to Vanessa and Sherrie…… I missed their response. I was getting a bit testy so I left another message and Sherrie did call me again. She was very patient with me, explained to me the process (although it was definitely in her email). So thank you again for your assistance and double response. I do appreciate you. Vanessa has great communication. Sometimes Realtors and Insurance Agents need communication to get small things fixed on a home- in order for buyers to get better coverage. Vanessa clearly communicated what was needed and we got it fixed!
