Bad service, no person contact, everything is on line, and there coverage is too high compared to other companies. I paid them for the last 5 years over $10, thousands for coverage on an old 2007 car.

LM is the worse auto insurance you can waste your money on. Be smart. Use anyone else. They are specialists at taking your money, but if you ever have to use the policy.. forget about it. They have a system designed  to confuse customers and the so called "negotiation" is a joke. They tell you what they are willing to give you and that's that. Their employees are rewarded on giving customers the minimum they can. They use un-trained and un-qualified people to evaluate your medical records such as x-rays.

@ Agent frederick gosdenovich .Horrible customer service!!!, he doesn't like to service existing policies, won't return emails or calls, he only care about selling +  making sale commissions . Stay away from this place, you are better off buying online.
