Rodney is the epitome of customer service. He really cares about you as a customer. I called him at 8 o’clock on Saturday night and he got up and made me a policy over the phone. I wish other customer service places were like this.

Ben and his assistant Jason took care of everything for me after I almost gave up in my search for car insurance. I thought I had called every car insurance in Jacksonville, but Jason sorted out every detail for me, answered all of my many questions with complete kindness, professionalism and honesty.
