Canceled my homeowners insurance with Liberty Mutual because I wanted a policy in my name even with the deed and my divorce paper they still gave me a hard time but I guess that is to be expected but Ashley Thomas said she spoke to several Managers but would not once pick the phone up! Dirty business I have been paying this Insurance and house payment since 2019 due to Covid recently getting it assumed but that is my money spent and bank statements to prove it so now charged a charge at the bank and they won’t cash it with my ex husbands name on it 👎 It’s going to hurt them over 115.00 👎Took my business else where

Agent falsified a claim stating a payout was provided and it was not; when you attempt to cancel your policy via calling the customer service # they hang up on you; claim rep could not answer questions based on the home inspection notes on report.... do not select them.... piss poor business

They told me I wouldn't pay for a month. Well I was charged the next day. Not only did it overdraw my bank but I didn't have the money. I went to pay but they said I had to call. I couldn't get anyone on the phone because it hang-up forcing you to do it online. The next day I call to pay and my policy was canceled.  I gave them all the emails and showed them how the rep offered me the deal qnd lied and they still didn't care. They told me i could get a new policy if I paid upfront. As if I have $1k lying around. I'll never use them again.

If I can give a 0 stars I would, be warned. I’m very unsatisfied with the poor customer service, the poor quality,  the Poor value and the  horrible professionalism that Liberty Mutual SafeCo  has given to me since my claim had started. I went through a traumatizing experience  during my accident. Liberty Mutual has very poor reviews they are one of the top 10 worst companies overall  ( Do your own research on them ) and  have a lot of customers complaining that they don’t like to do claims, and not responsive to claims, and also they make people like myself  feel that they are being fraudulent.  That’s how they made me feel, with countless back and forth and digging just get my claim process even after telling them about my incident . Just the worst experience. Overall they are not reasonable with there rates very expensive premiums very high the raise it without telling anyone not a good company.  Do not go to Liberty Mutual. They don’t know how to speak to customers  they need more training. It’s not what you say is how you say it. It’s all about giving great customer service at the end of the day. Glad I left went to better insurance company . Do not trust Liberty mutual be advised.

If I could give zero stars.  They cancel your insurance and don't notify you.  Called to find some answers and no one knows why your insurance cancelled.  After almost an hour on the phone from customer service to underwriters, they finally get back on the phone and say.  Yes it's been cancelled because you received a speeding ticket 3 years ago!!!  A joke!  This company is a joke!!!!!  No to mention as I'm talking (in a normal tone because I was official done with them)  she hangs up one me.  Unprofessional and unreal company.

This company is not reliable.  They told me my claim would be taken care of 6 months ago. I furnished all of the appropriate documentation and was just now told they feel they are not responsible for it and will not be taking care of anything. Very difficult to work with the claims specialist, especially Daisy Perez.  I do not recommend this company at all.

I got my quote online and later I got an email from Michelle. I asked her to call me back at a specific time, but she never did. Really bad follow up manners. Also writing "Who would you be willing to introduce me to for sake of an updated insurance review?" does look a little desperate & passive aggressive to me.
