I really never write reviews, but I was so impressed with the job Carmella has done for us that I felt I needed to write this. I recently had an issue with our mortgage company not paying the correct amount out of our escrow account for our homeowners insurance. Carmella did an outstanding job of helping me to coordinate between the insurance company and my mortgage company to get this paid. If not for her I would have to had to come up with over 500 dollars out of pocket. It wasn’t a problem with not enough money in escrow. With her help the mortgage company is taking care of it.
Carmella has been my agent for many years. She has always been upfront and honest. These are character traits I value deeply. She is always willing to answer any of my questions and has always helped me with any of my insurance needs.
