I have been working with Kevin for a few years. One thing no one wants to do on their own? Research and switch to a new insurance company. But Kevin does all of that for you! he can see what your current coverage and price is and run a comparison with other top rated insurance companies to see if you are getting the best deal. And when the letters started coming in
from banks, etc., about changing insurance and needing copies of docs that prove lienholder status, etc., he takes care of all of that, too! Every time he has called with a recommendation, I have saved money! I am paying less than I was a couple of years ago - about $200 per mo less. $200 A MONTH!  I have passed his name on to family and friends. There's no pressure. He's not an insurance salesman. He's a broker whose sole goal is to save you money. Let him just do some comparisons for you.

I’ve had Kevin as our insurance rep for years and he’s the reason we haven’t looked at any other companies. I’d rather pay more to have Kevin than to deal with just anyone who picks up the phone at a call center. He honestly deserves more than 5 stars and Liberty mutual needs to start their own “Kevin” from Liberty Mutual 😊

Phenomenal customer service, incredibly knowledgeable, reliable and prompt communication, and most importantly, cares about his clientele. These are a few things I can say as a longtime customer of Kevin O’Brien. I have reached out many times to Kevin over the years as a working class family looking for the best coverage for the best price to protect our home, vehicles and ourselves. Every single time, Kevin has gone above and beyond to find the best plan for our family needs. He never questions us, and actually listens to and relates to his clients when they are looking for assistance. A perfect example would be when our teenage son was finally licensed to drive. While our current insurance company didn’t have a plan to fit our budget, Kevin found one that did even though we weren’t thrilled about switching. He kept us in mind for a YEAR and reached out to us when our original insurance company had a plan that could compare. Talk about service!! I would trust no one else with my insurance needs.
