I’m sorry you had a bad experience with Liberty Mutual’s claims department. Here at Liberty Mutual, we want to make sure we are connecting you with the appropriate teams to best address your concerns and needs. This is a local sales office. Liberty Mutual is bad. I've been trying to contact the claim handler for days, and nobody is picking up. I've tried contacting another number that was given to me from Liberty Mutual, and I also couldn't reach that number. And then 6 whole days later, I find out that they got cases mixed up and gave me the wrong claim number. So, after six days of driving on a spare tire and the bumper hanging loose, they just started looking into my case. Seven days after the accident, and they still haven't decided to tell me what they'll cover or set any repairs or rental car up for me.

They are the worse insurance I have Ever Witnessed in my life. One of there drivers hit me and my kids and husband,while driving. my son was only 4 weeks old at the time,we went to see a doctor and chiropractor, I even had to see a specialist because I have been having headaches every since the car accident. Long story short LIBERTY MUTUAL DONT WANT TO COVER ANY OF OUR BILLS. They said we shouldnt went to the doctor in the first place because ain't nothing wrong with us and we had minor damage to the car.What kind of mess is that to say to someone who kids was involved in a accident  including the parents.

Tiffany is the best!  We switched over to her when we bought our home and she was able to get us lower than any other quote without lowering our coverage. Her and her team work so fast and are always available for questions.

Donna Cole was very helpful and responsive assisting me in obtaining an insurance policy.
For all future reference I would see Mrs. Cole or anyone in the Evans office for insurance policies.

Great customer service and very fast claims process!

I am posting this review as an insuree of State Farm who was re-ended by an insuree of Liberty Mutual. Since my accident on June 23rd 2016 I have been inconvenienced and treated in a way that seems counter intuitive to Customer Service for either the person who caused the accident (Liberty Mutual) or who was hit (myself). They refused to pay for my first week as the car had not yet been taken to a shop now almost 7 weeks later they are refusing to pay for the final week of rental as Liberty Mutual claims the repair is taking too long. Our car was less than 1 year old with fewer than 5K miles on it. I would stay away from Liberty Mutual if you considering them as a insurance provider as they do not see the value or impact of poor service to those who not their customers.
