Thanks to David I am no longer displeased with Liberty mutual. He was kind, and understanding. He listened to my issues even though it had nothing to do with his office, about my experience with Issac in resolutions customer service. He even has taken the time to look into it further to make things right. I was going to go back to my previous insurance company, but now I have decided to stay.

Me and my family have Liberty Mutual home insurance about a year now. They have done nothing. Every problem we had with our home they had nothing but excuses. I wish we never went with Liberty Mutual. Scam!!!

Great service!! Mercy was a great help in my search for new insurance and she got me a great deal for the coverage I wanted. I’m glad I came here for help.

After paying them (Liberty Mutual) over $12,000 in two years, I received much better rates from Allstate.  Never late on a bill.  The way they selectively pushed back my policy date, they claimed I owed them $39.75 and sent it to collections.  The refuse to give me in writing how they came up with the amount.  When talking on the phone, they became frustrated with me because I found holes in there statements.

I've had Liberty Mutual Insurance for a few years now, but as soon as I had to make my first claim with them in 2020 they DOUBLED my premium. I am very disappointed. I thought that's why we pay the premium to be covered when we need to draw from it. Had to leave and go to State Farm.

Terrible.  The agent I trusted left the company.  No one at the office ever answers the phone.  I have to drive there no to solve a problem.  This is why I cancelled both my auto and homeowners on 4/10/17.  Of course they billed my checking account anyway today!  Fortunately I have overdraft protection!  My advise check out State Farm... I did.

Terrible customer service from Brittany Marr.  Sloth-like response times to requests for a homeowners quote, and when the quote finally showed up 11 days after I initially requested it, the quote was completely botched because she paid no attention to my clearly-stated policy requirements.  She then promised to revise the quote to my specifications but never bothered to do so.  And by far the most egregious pricing from any agent I have dealt with since February 2017.  Do yourself and your checkbook a big favor and find a good local independent agent who will listen to your needs, utilize that information to bring multiple companies to the table, and quote you much more reasonably.  Prompt and accurate customer service is of the utmost importance in this business, and you simply will not get anything close to that from this particular agent.

Liberty Mutual Insurance is like the boyfriend who doesn't know that its over. I have provided written notice of cancellation twice and spoke with 3 different agents. You didn't appreciate what we had and you took me for granted and thought I was bluffing when I said I had options and would be calling back to cancel in 30 days after shopping around. Just let me go. Its over.  I found someone else. Someone who appreciates me. Two start because when it was good, it was good. You wooed me in with a newlywed, new home, new move, new everything discounts. Things were great until you tried to make me feel like I had no choice but to pay your ridiculous fees. I blindly paid them until I thought $100+ was too much to pay for motorcycle coverage. When I called to shop you, I confirmed my hunch and when hubby said shop around for auto and home, I was floored by the difference in your premiums and the same coverage at other companies. Now I have MORE coverage for less than haIf of what I was paying you. I started this breakup on 6/28 and today, the auto still shows active. If you send me another statement of renewal, I will seek legal counsel. This is ridiculous!!! Walk away. #BadBreakups #YouHadYourChanceAndThenYouBlewIt 😂 and also 😡

My agent Jeff Moore was always friendly and helpful. Whenever I dialed his office's extension, he answered the phone personally, and I appreciated having my questions answered directly.

Although I switched insurers after moving to a different city, I don't regret purchasing my renter's insurance from Jeff at Liberty Mutual.
