Excellent business experience - a year ago I needed to find homeowners insurance because current insurer decided not to renew my policy.  Received an email from Navy Federal Credit Union telling me NCFU members could get a discount if they insured w/Liberty Mutual.  Deborah did her best to get me coverage but in the end LM would not cover me for my home (it was a rough time for Hawaii homeowners I understand).  Fast forward 1 year and again I receive a non-renewal notice, so I thought I was emailing Atlas Insurance Agency about the non-renewal and finding a new policy and fortunataely it was Deborah I emailed and this time she was able to get coverage for my home and auto and save me around $1700 a year - many Mahalos Deborah - great service and support and I look forward to many more years! I have a liberty mutual car/home insurance, and I needed to update my policy within 15 days upon my mortgage lender's request. I contacted the Liberty mutual customer service line, they said they can't update my policy, and I need to wait 48-72hours hear back from agents. Instead of just waiting to receive a call, I did my own research and found Deborah. She took care of my insurance policy change so quickly and professionally. If I need to change/update my policy, I will contact her again

Recently moved to Hawaii for a new job with my family. Purchase a new home right away and Deborah was extremely helpful in getting me home owners insurance. Our personal representative retired, and I had to deal with calling the 1.800 number on the mainland and had a bit of trouble with the communication process regarding a time sensitive matter. As a mortgage lender I refer many of my clients to Deborah. She wins nearly all the business because of her speed and great rates. She is able to utilize multiple carriers to find the best possible policies for my clients. She is great with communication! I only have to ask once and she gets what I need.
