Was with Liberty Mutual (home & auto) for 7 years and my experience was awful. They made a lot of money off me, had non-existent help whenever I needed it, and their "support" is a bunch of jerks from Tajikistan who can tell you there's nothing they can do in undiscernible accents. They sent me erroneous invoices after I cancelled, which I disputed. Then they sent it to collections for black mark on my credit. Still "nothing they can do", after admitting on the phone that they were wrong. Absolutely would not recommend doing business with them in any way.

Amazing agent, very charismatic and friendly!!! 10/10 recommend.
