Rob Mara is a FRAUD! Don’t trust this guy/Agency with your insurance needs. He sold me some insurance from Liberty Mutual and doubled the price 12 months later. Liberty Mutual found out about this and Fired him

I had Liberty Mutual as my auto insurer in 2021 and 2022. I had towing coverage and ended up needing a tow after my car’s started went out. Liberty Mutual towed my car literally nowhere. Instead of taking it to the repair shop, they left it outside a Red Line station in Chicago. I ended up having to  drive around to find it on the north side of Chicago. When I called to complain, they didn’t make it right. All I got was a bunch of lies and customer service people who never called me back or sent claim emails that they promised over the phone. It ended up costing me $400 out of pocket to fix their mistake. Then they dropped me because I used the towing service that that offered! I would never use this company again for anything.

Headache saver! Previously I've been playing telephone hot potato between different insurances and agencies trying to understand what's going on. I just kept constantly being transferred around and placed on holds, but thankfully I finally found this agency and was connected with Aura. She was able to concisely pinpoint my problem and connect me with Rob Mara and the rest of their team who all were just extremely helpful and fast. Anyone trying to save themselves time should definitely try asking for Rob Mara and his team.

The best, biggest, most amazingly beautiful  insurance company that ever was. My agent Guadalupe is tremendous, incredible and her customer service is breathtaking. 10/10 would recommend to everyone and their mothers!

They signed me up with a misleading quote where they enrolled me into a program that I explicitly stated I did not want to be a part of. Two months later they dropped me from the program and hiked up my insurance.
They use predatory practices to lure you into buying their insurance with a misleading quote. They are not transparent about what programs they register you to.

Terrible terrible terrible Run away from them !!!!!

This is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with.... no customer service.. the escalation department sucks.. hung up on me because she said it was taking to long... and they billed me for 3 months of service..

Called them to report fraud on my account w them n they sent me fraud insurance bill 24.49 a yr

They don't follow instructions don't ask to place condiments on the side

After the first month of purchase, there came an increase. Also, another was coming because I stopped the automatic bank withdrawal since the increase. $147. to $188. per month ? Excellent driving record as well.I had to cancel it.

Liberty mutual is the worst Insurance company I ever had. Had a fire in my garage Agent stole from my garage and then they canceled my insurance after over 15 years being with the company.

If you have Guaranteed Rate as a Mortgage servicer and attempt to have Liberty Mutual become your home insurance provider; liberty mutual will agree to contact Guaranteed rate per the Guaranteed rate guidelines but will not actually follow through to become your insurance provider. They will then expect you to pay the mortgage insurance premiums while you are double insured through your previous company. This is highly unethical behavior.
