I’m sorry you had a bad experience with Liberty Mutual’s claims department. Here at Liberty Mutual, we want to make sure we are connecting you with the appropriate teams to best address your concerns and needs. This is a local sales office. I had a new air conditioner installed in my house back in August 2021 and the company that put it in damaged my floors and my kitchen cabinets. I have been jumping through hoops for 7 months now. He told me I had to get estimates which I did. And with everyone he had some excusse why it wasn't enough then I got another one and he seemed fine with it but said he needed to talk to the place that messed up my cabinets and floors and he would get back to us. We hadn't heard anything and when we asked what was up he said our contractor hadn't talked to his people, so I called them and they said they had never been contacted. So he has lied over and over. I have about 50 or more emails beteen Gerardo and us cause he never answers his phone or returns calls anyways. We thought all along after we got an estimate we would have our kitchen fixed but I guess cause it was 5,000 dollars he didn't like our estimate. Now after 6 months he wants to say my dogs caused the damage but this has never been brought up in the last six months!!! I will be contacting a lawyer. Do not ever use this company they lie and just drag you around for months and months.

Got a great deal for my truck also bought home owners insurance. Full coverage w/2 divers +home insurance $130 a month couldn’t pass it up. No extra payment to start which made me very happy!

I've been calling for 5 days over information that is needed urgently. I haven't gotten any answers, emails returned, or calls returned. The adjuster claims to be on vacation and return on the 7th of July, which was ten days ago. This place is a joke.

We’re sorry to hear of your less-than-satisfactory experience and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies.

This company is so dishonest. I purchased an automobile policy from them and several months later, I discovered additional charges hit my bank account. They added a homeowners policy w/o my consent.  I called Liberty and told them I never requested homeowners ins and I expected a refund, the rep replied in order for a refund I needed to give them the name of the insurance company I have for homeowners. I replied it is non of their business who I use, then you are not getting your money back, he said. I told him to cancel my auto policy, now. I will continue to pursue this with Ins Regulators. Stay away from this dishonest company.

Just wanted the operator that handled my call , when I called in to add an new Mercedes Benz to my policy. She was extremely helpful (Precious) was her name and she explained policy in detail and feel so good knowing that liberty mutual has dedicated customer service and any need for insurance, I’d recommend this company for any of their services home, auto,life insurance! Thanks again Precious!!!

The commercial alone with the "Limu Emu" and alcoholic looking guy screaming about how he can "save you" and get you insurance that helps you pay for only what you need is enough to make me NEVER consider this insurance. It's migraine-inducing. Please kill the Doug and emu and perhaps you'd have 4 more customers.

Horrible place. Spoke to Ellis who is really rude and her manager Jared is nothing better. This insurance it's my worst mistake ever. If you switch to them I will guarantee that your policy cost will go up 25% every year with NO REASON. I never had any claims and I invested lots of money in my home just to get some discounts and guess what, I am ending paying up more. They said you cannot implement one discount at time without rebuilding whole house. WHAT??? I would rather pay another 10% more just to move away from this "insurance". Even 1 star is too much for this place.
