They are absolutely the worst place to get car insurance....I call few months ago for a Tow....the guy shows up says he can't help me with the tow and I'm like so what am I paying you all for.....doesn't help me at all and just leaves then puts in a claim....I call to see what happen this is months later mind you....and no one from customer service can give me a answer on why they chose not to renew my automatic payments!?!? I'm like are u serious smh.....horrible customer service!

The ABSOLUTE WORST!!!  Someone rear ended us and they do nothing to help. When I  went through the other people's insurance and they wanted to blame us, Liberty Mutual does nothing for you. Waste of money, nothing but con artist who take your money.

I spoke with an agents he was easy to talk with and helpful in explaining things.

The insurance agent Kennth Horn charged over $2600 to insure two cars. I called to see if it could be lowered this year, he said NO.   I called to  leave them, not renew my auto policy a different department now quoted me $1400 for the exact  same coverage. I went with AAA for $1100, & am filing a complaint against this company, I feel they stole $1,200 from me last year, while dealing with the death of my parents. I still have a homeowners policy with them. They definitely took advantage & lied about being able to lower my auto premium. It’s despicable business practice

Besides loving LemuEmu, I found of all the insurances companies LIBERTY MUTUAL is organized,  good rates,  timely, and what they quote has no changed or back ground fees. I have 2 policies with them and their agents are great to work with.
