I'm usually skeptical about answering ads on Facebook,  but after dealing with James through texts , emails and by phone,  I'm very impressed on his abilities to work through issues and keep the customer best interests in mind ! Hard to find people like this nowadays ! He saved us over $2000 a year in auto , motorcycle and renters insurance ! Very happy to do business with him !

I am beyond pleased after working with James Ralph. He is the most committed insurance agent I've ever dealt with from any other insurance company. Not only did he work crazy hours to find me coverage, he is very responsive at all times, unlike my past experiences. I had him get me auto quotes and a homeowners quote. I searched high and low for the same coverage I had with state farm, and I wasn't able to find anything to compete with their price. Not only was James able to offer cheaper insurance, he gave me options of several companies to choose from with the same coverage I had at a better price. I will continue to contact James for any of my insurance needs and I will also recommend him to anyone I know looking for better insurance premiums.

We were having issues with previous insurance companies. James did everything he could to make sure we were fully insured. Speaking to us on late nights and over the weekends to get it done. Highly recommend James Ralph for your insurance agent!
