The agent I worked with was great at answering any questions I had and making sure I wasn't lost at any step of the process. What's even cooler was they reached out to me due to a previous inquiry I had a few years back! A pleasant surprise and it helped save money on insurance. 🙂

Dave worked very hard, and very quickly, to secure new insurance for me with a carrier whom I preferred and at a lower rate. I was impressed with his diligence and efficiency.

How can you have an insurance agent that doesn’t answer your call or your texts. Where is the agent when you need him. They just give you the quote and lock you in and forget you.  That’s how they run business in this agency. Wouldn’t recommend my agent which is Ariel.  I don’t have no idea how they are still in business. I usually don’t write reviews but is just frustrating. I hope people don’t have to go through what I am experiencing. That’s why I write this review so people could be aware before they continuing doing business with this company.

If you would like to be screwed over this is the company for you. If you want to over pay by 3xs what u should be paying this company is perfect for you. When u need your coverage it will be MIA just like your agent. Coverage you were paying for the company never covers. Problems arise and you need you agent again MIA. Get pathetic adjustor sent out who had know clue what he came to look at or what happened. Never knew his name till I got screwjob estimate. Adjustor has no idea the difference between collision damage and comp damage even when he has a body shop telling him how to do his job. Thankfully this ordeal is over and over kicked you all to the curb for you to screw someone else over.
This is your warning people don't make the same mistake I made using this insurance company or trusting Chris Gruenefeld

I reached out to Ernie to get quotes for Home and Auto and he was able to pull a rabbit out of a hat! I asked my insurance broker to re-quote my policies after a high policy increase, and they couldn't find anything lower. Funny how they couldn't but Ernie was able to find a great value. I am a car salesman at a major Chicagoland dealership, and some customers who come to me have no previous insurance coverage (they are either brand new to the Country or driving).
