Carrie was extremely helpful in my search for lower rates without compromising any of my current coverages. Carrie is very attentive to her customers needs and will look under every stone and leaf to find you what you want/need. My most recent experience with Carrie was wonderful as it always has been for the last several years.  I had called into Liberty Mutal (home owners policy review time) to review my policy (this was not with Carrie but a Liberty Mutual customer service rep) at which point they let me know my yearly cost increased by just under $900. I worked with Liberty customer service to get things understood and addressed.   The next morning Carrie emailed me stating she noticed I called in and if there was anything she could help me with since I was looking at home insurance. I gave her some background and off she went looking high and low for the best deals while not compromising any of my current coverages. In the end it took her only 20mins to search several companies and other options. You can tell she has vast knowledge in the insurance industry due to her explanations and helpfulness. Long story short is that Carrie is the most helpful agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with and I would recommend her to anyone. She was able to get me 2 new policies with a new carrier for both home and auto that she'd me over $900 a year on my home policy with even more coverage and also got me a new auto policy that saved me $65 monthly with even more coverage.
