Jacob was an absolute pleasure to work with on my insurance. I had been a longtime client of Liberty Mutual, when unbeknownst to me my agent retired and his assistant left the Company. Jacob cold called me and explained that he could get me a better deal on my insurance. I was very skeptical at first since Liberty had been treating me so well in the past. After confirming the above details, I contacted Jacob with a ton of questions concerning Liberty, my insurance history and his company, Comparison Ins. Agency. Jacob was super patient and knowledgeable with all of my questions. If he was unsure of anything, he was not afraid to consult with a senior agent. Over the course of a couple weeks, due to my busy schedule, he was able to assemble an insurance package for me that met all of my updated needs at a rate that was lower than what Liberty was proposing. He stayed in constant contact with me to ensure all went smoothly as I transitioned into three separate insurance companies to make up my complete Auto, Home, and Umbrella package.
