I worked with Millicent for my home policy and she was incredibly prompt, helpful, and very patient while I asked a million questions. Their premium was well below others I found for similar coverage, so we are happy to go with them for our home coverage this year. There was an issue where I needed a refund and Millicent worked very hard (and quickly) to ensure that the refund went through and checked back to make certain I saw it on my end. Great customer service!
