Highly recommended. First off I am a huge pain. The amount of cars I buy/sell in one year surpass what most people own in a lifetime. Michael is super easy to work with in adding/removing these vehicles from my policy. I also drug my feet with getting a life insurance policy and in no way did he push me or make me feel bad for dragging my feet. I can also send random quotes for investment properties and get a reply in no time. He definitely goes above and beyond for his clients and it shows. He holds all of my policies from life, home, rv, and more. Definitely the best in the business.

While I understand you are disappointed with Liberty Mutual’s service, this is a local sales office and may not be the best to address your specific concerns. I arranged to get insurance on a product I manufacture and I thought everything went smoothly.  I provided my credit card and paid for a full year of insurance over the phone.  I received my policy and a few other letters, I assumed junk mail over the next few months.  Then this week I received a letter from collections for 70 something dollars. I called Liberty Mutual and they claimed I never paid for my insurance, when I have the amount deducted on my credit card.  I am still working to right this wrong, but now because it appears my account is closed they will  not reinstate it.
Also a woman called 3 times yesterday from a SPAM number claiming to be from Liberty Mutual but each time she called the call would drop on her end 20 seconds into the call.
I will be investigating and I can say this company is the most unorganized company I've ever worked with. Note:  not sure which location I worked with, but I believe a location in NY.
