We had a pleasant experience buying our car insurance from Liberty Mutual.   Our agent, Maggie Williams, was outstanding explaining our options so that we could understand the requirements we needed in plain and simple terms. I am very happy with the service that Magda Williams gives. I have done three policies with her for my daughters son and myself. Every time she has went above and beyond. There was a couple of issues that we had to deal with on my end and she executed everyone of them successfully.
