I was with another insurance company for years, when (by good luck), one of my colleagues mentioned the great service they were getting from Liberty Mutual, and specifically, with Ruthie as their agent. Created two different insurance premiums. One of which is now in collections going against credit file, the other set up with auto-pay. Hours on hold with Liberty Mutual who just blames agents, claimed they just looked at active file and didn’t know of separate file which was with collections

Ruthie has been doing my insurance for about 5 years. We originally met because she did a presentation at my wife's office, right around the time I was looking to switch agents. Ruthie has helped me set up common policies like home, auto, life, and umbrella, as well as other forms of insurance I need (i.e. trailer).

The main reason I stay with Ruthie is because she has exceptional service for the coverage I need. She is responsive (more responsive than I would reasonably expect - she works hard!) and communicates effectively with other relevant people when needed (i.e. the car dealership). I also do not worry, not for a second, that Ruthie is trying to oversell me. She clearly knows the insurance business, makes sensible recommendations, and I value her opinion highly when adding new policies.

Ruth is very knowledgeable, kind and incredibly reliable. I have had many times when I need answers and she consistently responds very quickly to my needs.
