Christine was amazing! This was our first time working with her and she was extremely engaging, efficient, and responsive. Our situation had interesting curve balls and she navigated it quite easily. Inside of a few hours, she was able to not only secure an auto insurance policy for my mother-in-law that was ~50% of her old policy, but she also conducted searches on our home and auto policy. For our policies, she was able to confirm and advised us to stay any changes as our rates and coverages were the best given the current rate environment. Christine was extremely fast and responsive when I wanted to shop around for updated insurance with 2 new teen drivers being added to my policy. She identified where I needed updates to my policies along with options to save money with minor changes.
