Pessimo customer services!
Estou tentando entrar em contato desde março para cancelar meu seguro porque já não tenho mais o carro e as placas já foram canceladas, só me passaram número direto na Liberty Mutual, e quando envio todos os documentos eles falam que apenas a agência pode processar o cancelamento, então entro em contato com a Gabriela e ela não responde e não ajuda.
Quando fui abrir a policy de seguro foi muito fácil, mas infelizmente para poder ter auxílio e ajuda é um pessimo customer service.
