Says it’s “open” from 8:30 AM to 5 PM when I went there at 10:30 AM doors locked all the lights are out…. Great false advertising. Thanks for wasting my time.

The worst Insurance company. All ads and no service. Don't take my word for it just YouTube/watch TV or stream anything and you will see not one but several commercials. It's borderline harassment. They need to fire their marketing department and hire some customer service reps.

It takes 55 min to get to talk to someone but are  Very competitive with their rates

No complaints about service, but the office is closed.

I was with LM since 1968 and was pleased overall but in 2020 realized that I had been paying way too much. When discussing with them, they were not concerned so I cancelled and would not endorse

The road side assistance is great! They arrived so fast!!

A gentleman named Wilson was an outstanding team member who took his time and answered all my questions in a delightful yet professional manner.

Standing out in the cold rain alone... Liberty ...is not ... standing with me. Zero stars would be more correct. Accident forgiven... We forgive you but guess what? You are now cancelled. Policy ends leaving you standing alone. Picked the wrong policy..  NO... I picked the wrong insurance company. Good bye Liberty. I now have real insurance.
Guy ahead of you slams on brakes... Commercial says... Liberty won't raise your rates... No they just canceled my policy outright.
