Called to give them my payment and they took my card info and never did the payment and it caused it to cancel my insurance. I called specially to make a payment and after being on the phone for one hour the payment never got made. Bad employees in this area. Everyone blamed me instead of accounting for their employee.

Completely scammed me took advantage of me and gave me awful insurance for 3 times what it should’ve been! Every other place was shocked that they charged me this much for such an awful policy! STAY AWAY !

I have auto policies that were just renewed and Steve reached out asking me if I wanted him to check if he could save me money with home insurance. I had nothing to lose so I sent him my current policy and within 2 days I have a new home insurance policy with MORE coverage for over 700$ LESS! Professional, Pleasant and made to process effortless. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Steve

I had a great experience working with Andrew Corndell as my Insurance Agent! I made the switch to Liberty this past summer for my auto insurance and he was able to cut my premium in HALF after years of paying a ridiculously high premium with another company due to a few points on my driving record from years ago. Liberty also piloted a program where you are rewarded for safe driving, which has also brought my premium down even more since then. Fast forward a couple months, I just bought a new home and Andrew was able to give me a premium much lower than what my loan officer estimated! On top of that, bundling both policies saved me even more money as well. I see some bad reviews on here and I have to say I wholeheartedly disagree...I felt extremely well taken care of by my insurance agent. Thank you!

Horrible, I was hoping to switch to a cheaper policy with Andrew Corndell and after looking into the policy it was clear he had lowered all of my insurance to an insanely low degree. I was clear that I was staying with my current insurance agent at hub international and to cancel the policy I had with him. I emailed and texted him which he had always responded to, to make sure he got the message. Never heard a reply and now I'm getting billed each month for the policies that were never canceled. Great job Andrew, typical blood thirsty insurance agent.

We used them for 20 years. They claim they only serve new customers if you need help you must call them by phone. We found a new Insurance Company.

Look elsewhere. My liberty mutual homeowners policy went up for no reason so i asked them to shop around, they magically found me a rate $240 cheaper, i asked if i had to do anything and they assured me that they would handle everything, a few weeks pass and they must have not ever let my mortgage company know so my mortgage company sent payment to liberty mutual, when i then emailed andrew, he told me “no problem theyll issue you a refund and you can just pay for your new policy” gee thanks, so after sitting on the phone fot 2 hours i handled everything that Andrews office was suppose to on my own. Edit: I have since gave their office another chance and have been much happier with their service so far.

Get an estimate from another company!! We had Liberty Mutual for 5 years rates just kept going up. We were never contacted on how to save anything and it took 3 calls to see if we could lower the price. A friend suggested I go to an independent insurance agent which uses all different companies to price the best rate. I called JED in Foxboro and saved $3000.00 for the same or better coverage between 5 cars, a house, a boat and camper. I would not recommend this office!!!

I had the pleasure of using Liberty Mutual years back and ended up switching due to finding a lower rate. I was in contact with Bill at the Easton location every year since to get a quote in hope that I would be able to do business with them again. Although their rates might not be the cheapest around, you surely get what you pay for. Customer service is out of this world and I've never had to worry about anything while I was insured by them. This year I was able to do business with them again as they were considerably cheaper then other insurance companies and I was able to get my husband with them for thousands less a year then our other insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone, Bill Humphrey in particular.

To date, he has placed a variety of policies for us, including homeowners insurance, life insurance, car insurance, liability umbrella insurance, and renter's insurance. I have personally met Ryan multiple times and genuinely view him to be a good, honest, and hardworking person. He is very knowledgeable about Liberty's products and has been extremely helpful to us over the years (including a recent situation where he helped us recover our deductible after the responsible party's insurance company refused to cooperate). Ultimately, there are a lot of options in the insurance world, but our business goes to Ryan because he provides both excellent service and competitive pricing.

I am now in the middle of a battle with them and the people who we purchased our policy through say "sorry we can't help". What is the point of going through a local company? Geico is looking like the only option.
