Bought a home owners insurance policy back in 2022 through an agent who is no longer at the agency. I reached out to the agency couple months ago and spoke to Wilson Tan about wanting to bundle homeowners and car policies together and get new quotes for both. Wilson helped at that time but since I found better rates and savings through a different agency and purchased the policy through the different agency. I reached out to Wilson to cancel my insurance policy that I had through them, he forwarded the email to the insurance company. The insurance company messed up the cancellation dates causing lapse in insurance, and after speaking with the insurance company - they told me to call the agency that sent in the cancellation request so they can work with agency support to fix the issue. I reached back out to Wilson to have him speak to the insurance company, and he simply responded to the email saying he cannot help given he is not the agent listed on the policy. This was a lie since the agency I got new insurance through spoke to the insurance company to resolve the issue. Wilson was unwilling to help given he made no commission on the original policy and was not going to spend his time when there is nothing in it for him. I will not be using this agency or Wilson again for my insurance needs.

We did have liberty for house and Auto, but Ryan Hanson was able to save us more money if we switched our auto to travelers. With two teen drivers, this helped tremendously. Highly recommend

Called to give them my payment and they took my card info and never did the payment and it caused it to cancel my insurance. I called specially to make a payment and after being on the phone for one hour the payment never got made. Bad employees in this area. Everyone blamed me instead of accounting for their employee.

Best Insurance agency I've ever dealt with!

They take so long to answer the phone of course but i didnt find out i could get a rent untell a week later when i told them i got pulled over 2 times

Completely scammed me took advantage of me and gave me awful insurance for 3 times what it should’ve been! Every other place was shocked that they charged me this much for such an awful policy! STAY AWAY !

Liberty Mutual is the worst insurance company you can have. Literally ANY other company is better....

So far so good.  Making a claim now. Hope this works out

I have auto policies that were just renewed and Steve reached out asking me if I wanted him to check if he could save me money with home insurance. I had nothing to lose so I sent him my current policy and within 2 days I have a new home insurance policy with MORE coverage for over 700$ LESS! I had a great experience working with Andrew Corndell as my Insurance Agent!
I made the switch to Liberty this past summer for my auto insurance and he was able to cut my premium in HALF after years of paying a ridiculously high premium with another company due to a few points on my driving record from years ago. Liberty also piloted a program where you are rewarded for safe driving, which has also brought my premium down even more since then.

Fast forward a couple months, I just bought a new home and Andrew was able to give me a premium much lower than what my loan officer estimated! On top of that, bundling both policies saved me even more money as well.

I see some bad reviews on here and I have to say I wholeheartedly disagree...I felt extremely well taken care of by my insurance agent. Thank you!

Look elsewhere. My liberty mutual homeowners policy went up for no reason so i asked them to shop around, they magically found me a rate $240 cheaper, i asked if i had to do anything and they assured me that they would handle everything, a few weeks pass and they must have not ever let my mortgage company know so my mortgage company sent payment to liberty mutual, when i then emailed andrew, he told me “no problem theyll issue you a refund and you can just pay for your new policy” gee thanks, so after sitting on the phone fot 2 hours i handled everything that Andrews office was suppose to on my own.

Edit: I have since gave their office another chance and have been much happier with their service so far.

Horrible, I was hoping to switch to a cheaper policy with Andrew Corndell and after looking into the policy it was clear he had lowered all of my insurance to an insanely low degree. I was clear that I was staying with my current insurance agent at hub international and to cancel the policy I had with him. I emailed and texted him which he had always responded to, to make sure he got the message. Never heard a reply and now I'm getting billed each month for the policies that were never canceled. Great job Andrew, typical blood thirsty insurance agent.

We used them for 20 years.  They claim they only serve new customers if you need help you must call them by phone.  We found a new Insurance Company.

Terrible company bad customer service been paying more from Last 3/4 years with clean license and they keep increasing 3/4 dollar every month glad i changed my insurance and i m Not even paying the half of what i was paying to liberty mutual every month. 👎🏻

Get an estimate from another company!!  We had Liberty Mutual for 5 years rates just kept going up. We were never contacted on how to save anything and it took 3 calls to see if we could lower the price. A friend suggested I go to an independent insurance agent which uses all different companies to price the best rate. I called JED in Foxboro and saved $3000.00 for the same or better coverage between 5 cars, a house, a boat and camper. I would not recommend this office!!!

I spoke with Andie regarding my claim. She was very pleasant and quick! This is the best Insurance Company I have ever been with! They are even reimbursing me for my car seat! I will never leave this Insurance Company!

I had the pleasure of using Liberty Mutual years back and ended up switching due to finding a lower rate. I was in contact with Bill at the Easton location every year since to get a quote in hope that I would be able to do business with them again. Although their rates might not be the cheapest around, you surely get what you pay for. Customer service is out of this world and I've never had to worry about anything while I was insured by them. This year I was able to do business with them again as they were considerably cheaper then other insurance companies and I was able to get my husband with them for thousands less a year then our other insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone, Bill Humphrey in particular.
