As a new client I got great service. Very quick to respond however that faded as the year went on. I sold a vehicle and it took 4 months and 5 requests to remove the car from my policy causing me to pay months of unnecessary insurance. I had my homeowners insurance carrier send a cancelation notice and I asked for assistance. Ignored again. I would stay far away from this company. Multiple 1 star reviews in the last few months, the management team needs to step up and figure out a solution....

Never called me back. I waited on hold for 20 minutes and decided to leave a voicemail on 3/5 @11:50ish AM. If I were a new customer I bet they’d call me right back.

I been working with Rafael for about a year now and as a salesman I can say is hard to find someone who is willing to Turn the needed paperwork to complete a registration for a deal fast. Specially when you have customers waiting on their vehicle. Rafael goes above and beyond at returning my RTA forms and Insurance binder in minutes and helping my customers add their vehicle to their insurance policy.
