I was referred to Urszula by a friend  who had a great experience after GEICO raised my rates. Urszula was personable and quick to respond to my inquiry.  During our phone call she quickly helped identify a cheaper alternative to my auto insurance and promptly helped set me up with the new insurance.

She cares about her clients and didn't try lower my coverage for a cheaper rate, but made sure I had adequate coverage for my situation.  She also offered to look at other insurance for me in case there was better rates for my property and offered, but did not push me to look into life insurance.

Overall I had a great experience with Urszula and would highly recommend her.

This is a big 'shout out' for JP at Comparion Insurance Agency. Jeff helped up save money on our policies when our other car insurance rates went up a ridiculous amount. He was able to get us the same coverages for less on all our insurance policies, and made the transition between insurances super easy. Jeffrey Phillips went above and beyond to help me transfer my auto policy to a new carrier, and also adding a new car with a new policy.    I found him to be courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable with every detail we covered.  He also reached back out to make sure my new carrier was able to help me get the RTA form I needed and called back just to check if everything went smoothly. Urszula has been my agent for around a decade at this point and I've always been more than satisfied with her work and commitment to me. As a matter of fact, Urszula has been my whole families agent for over a decade. She's always put us first and works to help us, not herself. Urszula will work her hardest to make sure she finds a policy and company that works best for you. Most recently, she helped me with insuring my new home. Not only did I add this additional policy to my account, she helped find ways to reduced the cost of my other policies, without losing coverage. Her work on this resulted in me not paying much more per month, even with the additional home insurance policy. This process all started with an email but once Urszula read it, She reached out over the phone directly to get it done. What's more, I missed her first call but she called again later in the same day to make sure it got completed. She works hard, is reliable and is always a pleasure to work with! Thank you Urszula!
