Sam has been great to work with the past 5 years. He's always quick to respond. Even though the auto insurance company wants to try and raise rates every year without claims or tickets, Sam will help you work on the policy to keep increases to a minimum or even help the rate decrease.

Sam is extremely responsive.  Listens to what you would like and lets you know what options you have for coverage.  He is very knowledgeable and has a way of explaining things so you understand it.  He was able to beat any other price that I could find! I recommended him to my daughter and after she did her research, decided that no one can beat Sam!

Working with Sam Thomas has been a pleasure. He found ways to save on my insurance coverage, which ultimately led me to moving a lot of my insurance coverage over to Liberty Mutual vs. previous provider. Sam has shown to be thorough when discussing insurance options and coverage, and is good at identifying options that best fit your needs. Sam has always been professional, and quick to respond to my phone and email's when inquiring on insurance options and or updates to my policy.

We switched over to Liberty Mutual from another provider when Sam had a visit to my local work office. He gave us a great rate, and we've been pleased with his customer service ever since.

Changes to my previous policies were hectic and fraught with mistakes from our old provider. At one point they were even insuring the vehicle I sold instead of the one I had just purchased!

Sam's attention to detail and dedication to us, as customers, has never had me worrying. He's willing to chat about coverage, make suggestions that I would have never thoughts of, explained benefits of one policy or provider over another. I can't say enough great things about this guy!

We're getting better coverage, with lower premiums and the same deductibles. Win-win-win! The best part is how responsive and professional Sam is with all of my inquiries. I've never had to wait during normal business hours for him to reply. He's always prompt, courteous, and professional. I recommend him highly to everyone I know who is searching for new insurance coverage.
