My husband and I have been working with Nick for our insurance needs for quite a few years now. Anytime we need him he is there. We just switched insurances through him. Great to work with.  Worked through my situation and gave me the greatest insurance/price I could hope for on my antique cars.  He was honest about other insurance that he couldn’t beat the offer I already had.  Didn’t try and sell me something that looked better, but wasn’t.  Very honest person.  Hard to find these days! This review is NOT from one of my clients. It is based on the experience of a person who's policy was sold and serviced through a call center - again, NOT by me or my office. After cancelling my policy in August 2013, they continued to bill my payroll department and money continued to be deducted from my pay check. They then sent my account to collections. They sent it to collections before receiving all of the payments they billed my payroll for. Money was still being deducted from my pay roll check when I received my collections notification. Horrible customer service. They bill you and send a deduction notice to your payroll after cancelling a policy and still send the balance to collections. So glad I cancelled when I did. Will never do business with Liberty Mutual again!

My 16 year old son had an accident in my car. My agent Nicholas Cavanaugh and Liberty Mutual has been great throughout the process. I would refer anyone to this company.
