I recently contacted Comparison Insurance Agency for a quote on auto insurance.  I spoke with Sarah H. who was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed.  She was polite, professional and courteous.  She found me insurance at a fair price, emailed all of my paperwork to me and made the process so simple.  I highly recommend this company and Sarah.

Rates were great so I switched my coverage. Within a month or two they tripled my policy. After refusing to pay and allowing them to cancel my policy they continued to bill me.

Sarah Was Most Helpful, Very Professional, And Handled My Questions Quickly. 

I contacted liberty mutual today and they want me to send information across the Internet. I was asked for my Social Security card, not the information of the vehicle. I was told that there was no way for me to meet this person shake his hand and hand them my personal information. I do not trust a person I cannot look in the eye, and I do not trust a person if they don’t look at me back in the eye do you and I’m not trying to be hostile to this corporation however, I have decided to rate them with the eye “electronics spike“I believe that this reading these words should send a shiver through anyone spine cause when I think of the word electronic spike, a picture a really bad company that is may be trying to steal the information of the elderly and other people and sell it on the dark web. Maybe I’m wrong, but my gut told me not to trust these people, so I rate them the electronic spike.

Good coverage 3 times the cost of state farm

They initiated A policy at Quoted Rate then arbitrarily increased rate directly auto debit my bank account. Many phone calls and time but with an increased rate because pro-rated since two months elapsed.

We would like to apologize for your experience. We're sorry to hear you were less than satisfied.

NOT a local agent!!  I called to get a quote answered 5 mins worth of questions, then was transferred to a new agent who asked me the SAME questions, then transferred me to ANOTHER agent who started to ask the same questions AGAIN!  Never ended up getting my quote, because I hung up.  If this is how their service is on the FRONT end, I can only imagine how horrible it is when you really need something.  Moving on to another company!
