I paid the very first day I started my insurance, they sent me a final bill after I cancelled and tried saying I was being backdated. If i was being backdated, why did I make my first payment the day i started my insurance?

Used to have good customer service. Lately it’s been HORRIBLE. I’m switching to State Farm.

When you first get the insurance it is inexpensive. Every year they increase the rates until within 5 years you are paying almost double. Switched to Progressive and they are almost half the price for same coverage.

I rate 5 because of my own personal reasons, my stepmothers works there and I've gone to work with her before and she is so cool when answering those difficult calls. Especially those mean one's.

Worked with Nick Schuller and he got me the best quote on my car insurance.

Liberty mutual is garbage. They had a driver who hit me and 2 separate police departments put blame on their driver. They refused to pay for his damages to my vehicle which put me in an extreme hardship. I strongly encourage anyone looking for insurance to shop around for a more honest and reputable company because they are out their and they are considerably cheaper

Their driver hit me in a parking lot.
I got pictures and footage.
They simply asked their driver if she was at fault, she said "no" and they closed my case. Never once asked me for pictures or proof. This company is fraudulent! I'd never recommend them as a provider !
