I had been a 20+ year customer to another insurance agency in town for my home and auto. When working with said company on getting insurance for a home we had purchased to have an a rental/investment property, I was not happy with the rates or the customer service level I was getting.

We switched to Liberty Mutual after I had reached out to Amy just for a quote to see how much switching was going to cost us. I assumed being a customer for 20+ years with a different company that I was getting the best rates in town. Boy was I wrong!

After asking Amy a million questions though phone, text and email it was a no-brainer to make the switch and we are now saving close to $1k a year and have the exact same policies as we did with the last company!

Not knowing much about insurance I figured I was asking “dumb” questions and apologized for so many communications to Amy. She told me that no questions were dumb, and that she was there for me anytime. Her responsiveness and how she carried herself was icing on the cake to the situation overall.

If you’re in the area and thinking about switching insurance providers, I would highly recommend to reach out to Amy with any questions and at least get a quote from her.

Oh, and the Liberty Mutual phone app is awesome too!

Amy is quick to respond! She goes above and beyond to help her customers save money but also makes sure they are fully covered. Plus, she is the only one in town who offers mortgage flood insurance that won’t leave your pocketbook empty!

I am not surprised that as I am closing insurance policies, I now have an agent provided to make sure I am not paying too much for insurance. Where was this service for the last three decades when I was paying regularly on my policies. I guess so long as you pay and do not rock the boat, Liberty Mutual does not care to find you a better price.
