Walked in to this location after a doctor's appointment across the street to get a quote for new home and auto. Nobody at front desk for over 5 minutes and rang the bell. I had to call their office number to have someone page them to come up to the window. Whoever came up to the window when I asked for a new home/auto insurance quote told me to come back tomorrow because he was the new guy. Really???? Then what's the point? Trying to pretend to be open if you have no staff to do the actual quote. Why turn away an potential customer. Not everything is tomorrow that you can accomplish today. And if that's how you run business then there's no reason to try to use your agency. I can see why the poor reviews are starting to mount up against your agency.

I had full coverage insurance. But when my wife died in a accident. They tell me that people in my vehicle are only covered for $1000 but $100,000 for the people in any other vehicle

I wish I could put 0 stars. I've been a good paying customer for 2 years and all of a sudden, when my automatic payment came out as it always does instead of $65 they took out $120 something! I've been on the phone with 3 different representatives who keep shooting off numbers like well it increased by 10% here and 7% here. Sorry no, that is an actual 100% markup. It is THEFT. I have had NO wrecks, no claims, and my mother, who's policy was set up at the exact same time by the exact same person with the exact same coverage? Yeah her bill hasn't changed by a penny. This is outright THEFT because they didn't think I would do anything about it or hoped I wouldn't notice. Completely disgusting display of power.

After being a customer for almost 2 years I found out that you as a customer are not valued. My policy was cancelled because I have chime and my account was turned off so the auto pay was declined. Later the same day I called them and made the payment. They charged me a $25 return check fee which l refused to pay. Now they are saying that I still owe them a balance. They took my money and cancelled my policy.I feel like they owe me and they do not value their money hungry and petty company. Don't Deal With Them.

Ok,til raised my insurance, because they didn't send Right Track. Said. would adjust it,but would take 2 weeks,so waiting to see if gets adjusted. Also hard to connact

As if the stress of the rainy day isn't enough, you call to make a claim just to find out your insurance company been ripping you off and will not help you with anything, their claim department will give you cancer.

I am not a customer. I am family who had to assist another family member to process a claim after vehicle claim. They were promt initially, with contact and payments. It was a HORRIBLE experience to get anyone on the phone to complete additional paperwork, after initial claim was filed. Medical claims department was the WORST. I called every number and was transferred to Traine Air conditioning company?? The medical claims adjuster Sara Pate was not very helpful or pleasant. If I was a customer, I would find another company. I was not very impressed.

After recently being involved in an accident that was NOT my fault, Liberty Mutual is trying to fix my car with after market parts that "function like" but are not Jeep parts. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! If you are looking for car insurance, I would NOT recommend this company. I am truly disappointed in the way Liberty Mutual is handling this situation, especially when the collision repair shop will not fix my car without the correct matching car parts.

Worst company I have ever dealt with....and i Just started! was referred to them, but their phone sales staff is either poorly trained or borderline illegal. every item that i wanted on my policy didn't end up on the final policy, so i have had to pay additional premium and talk to cust svc multiple times. would NEVER recommend them. Needs zero stars. Seems like a bait and switch operation to me.

Decent pricing, but when we did get a better offer from a competitor and switched, we found out that they paid out on TWO different claims against us and never asked us anything about them. Both of these claims were fraudulent and our rates went up because of them for both Liberty and our next insurers.

My car was stolen and I have never felt so violated when I got it back and how bad my car looked. I called Liberty Mutual Claims and an agent contacted me very quickly, directed me on what I needed to do, the timeframe involved and gave me two ways to reach him . I contacted him when I picked up my Car, received his call within 5 minutes. He had me hold while he called th claims adjuster, returned to me and said he would be out in two days. He came to me! Iwas shocked. After he left within 15 minutes I received a call from Ross within15-20 minutes who advised my check for all repairs Would be issued the same day. I have never had such a bad thing happen and I felt like Royalty. I appreciate Liberty Mutual and their Great Customer Service! They made a bad thing so easy for me! Thank You So Much Laura Lust

I have had nothing but trouble and errors from Liberty Mutual and Geico. They are under the same umbrella. Multiple errors on their end, causing me to Pay more on my monthly premiums to cover their errors. Plus, when they noticed their error they didn't cover their error instead, made me as the customer PAY for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY NO STARS a mortgage companies payment was applied wrongly to my acc. and in turn lowered my monthly bills..when they realized the error...they are now making me pay the their ERROR in my Monthly Payments!!!!!!!!!!! NOT a LOYAL COMPANY their was another auto from geico where they merged mine and anothers accounts and was planning on auto withdrawing the new higher amount from my acc#### BIG ERRORS PEOPLE

Kyle is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful agent who is willing to get to know his clients far beyond most providers I've worked with in the past. He is professional and has his clients' best interest at heart, not focused solely on what he stands to gain from doing business. I would strongly suggest you have a conversation with him at least an option for your insurance needs.
