Have had TWO FALSE car accident claims placed on MY name through this company. When I have held a different insurance company since 2013, and have NEVER held a policy through this company and NEVER WILL!!! I found out from looking for NEW car insurance and found the crooks who STOLE my IDENTITY. It was TWO TIMES THESE SAME PEOPLW GOT INTO ACCIDENTS AND USED MY NAME!! These accidents happened in ANOTHER STATE then where I live in and claim I have a DL FROM THAT STATE where the accidents occured when I have held MY states DL since 2014!! I've have MY DL from my state 4 and 6 years BEFORE these accidents happened!!! This company NEVER VERIFIED any information from these people obviously who is THEIR CLIENTS that were involved in the wrecks!! I've contacted a lawyer already and even THEY SAID I NOW HAVE A lawsuit! That what Liberty has done was Fraud and identity theft!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PEOPLE!!!!!

Liberty Mutual Insurance is horrible as a company, when a issue arises they fight you tooth and nail from paying out on the policies you hold. I do not understand why a company would treat their customers this way. Only pay out the bare minimum. I hope the agents from this office can do better than the corporate office.

I had Liberty mutual for a little over a year. At the one year mark they raised my rate by almost $100 a month. I called to see what changed and how I could possibly lower my rate, they put me on hold for 8 minutes. I hung up and never heard back from them. So I called Progressive and I'm saving $120 a month!

Scammers. Charged me for 3 months AFTER I cancelled policy. Did not bill me or inform me of continued charges after I cancelled. Found out I was being billed when sent to collections. Paid collection settlement and two months later they sent to collections for remainder on settled account. Fraud. No phone calls, no billing, no mail correspondence and no emails received since I cancelled them.

They told me my license was suspended so I called the DMV and they said it wasn't and they told me I could pay for a paper proving otherwise I told them no because if they're system is that messed up I will shop elsewhere

After a recent situation with Liberty Mutual I was very disappointed in this company. And had no plans to use them ever again. UNTIL I received a call from Springfield local agent Paul Theby. He had been notified of situation. Before calling he had researched to find us a good rate with a partner company. He didn't stop there but continued researching and working on solutions even after we had agreed on a policy. He worked hard and was extremely nice and understanding. We chose to continue with a new policy from a Liberty Mutual because of him. He is an asset to his company and I'm truly grateful he's our agent.

My insurance is cheap, so that's nice, however getting ahold of my insurance lady is almost impossible. I set up an account a little over a month ago and she failed to put the right email address in, I cannot get ahold of her to fix this and add a couple things so my boss is able to employee me. I finally got an answer today, but I'm guessing she immediately put me on mute and continued having her conversation, THEN HUNG UP!!! I didnt even have the chance to say anything! Very unprofessional.

On August 15th, my truck was hit by one of Liberty Mutual's insured. It has been 6 weeks and they still haven't fixed my vehicle. They passed us through 3 different reps and were extremely unprofessional. The day of the accident, they left their insured waiting for a long time for someone to come and give them a jump start and then when they couldn't get the car to start, they left her waiting a couple of hours more for a tow truck to come and get her car. Never, will I ever, consider them for insurance! They are horrible to work with, whether you are their insured or you are in an accident with their insured!!!

I would NEVER go to Liberty for insurance mainly because I hate their f--- commercials they used to be nice and quiet then they came up with this Liberty-liberty-liberty crud!!! can wake you up from a sound sleep so annoying why do you have to jolt people to get their attention? are you really that desperate for customers??? no way for you liberty!!

Chad Johnson is my rep and he has done a great job! With a previous company we experienced a hail storm at our home and on our cars and that company paid out easily and smoothly, however a few months later they raised our yearly rate by several thousands of dollars. Chad was able to give me a little lower than my original rate with that previous company, saving me over $2,500 for the year. They have been quick to answer phone calls or emails, auto pay has been great, very polite and easy to work with. I would highly recommend seeing if they can get you a lower quote for the same if not better insurance coverage than you currently have.

This company is an absolute joke. Don't buy into those "were so much better than our competitors" commercials. You will find out real quick that they are far worse. All smoke and mirrors kind of people!!
